The PASSİ Program was
used to assist Rye Neck Union Free School District in presenting
their successful bond issue to the community. A Bond Facts
summary was developed which included a Q&A and voter information.
Power Point and Astound presentations were developed in addition to
informational boards. In 2004-2005, PASS designed Proposed
Budget Brochures for Rye Neck. The 2005 book received the Big W
